Return Policy

Our goal is satisfy our customers so we try to be as fair as possible with the return policy and make sure we do everything possible to help our customers.

 

We have a 30 day return policy. Any item you are unhappy with must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in original packaging and undamaged. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will email you an address to send the item.  

 

We do not do any exchanges.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  For insurance, you should consider shipping with tracking to insure we receive the item.
